Last night Adam and I played 3 games (without sideboard) between my Mythic deck and the 8-Megrim deck that made top 8 at the Finnish Nationals.
My Mythic deck has Rafiq instead of Eldrazi Conscription - I just prefer it that way.
Game 1: Mythic wins quite comfortably (although 8-Megrim was a bit mana flooded) Game 2: Mythic is down to 1 until Baneslayer takes it out of danger range. Game 3: Mythic is at 2, but goes up to 9 with a double-exhalted Baneslayer attack. With a single Megrim on the board, Blightning (even with Mythic holding no cards) followed by Burning Inquiry is 9 damage for the win.
The match-up is far closer than I would have expected. Interestingly, I only played a single Megrim in games 2 and 3, and the deck still performed well.

Alot of the pros seem to be really dissing the Megrim deck but I like it, and against U based control it could be tricky to deal with since they have limited ways of dealing with enchantments and you should be able to deal with their limited counters. Anything quick is likely to cause problems though unless you drop megrims T2 and T3 before hitting the discard spells.

Megrim list from Finnish Nats:
Mainboard
4x Dragonskull Summit 2x Lavaclaw Reaches 11x Swamp 7x Mountain
2x Burst Lightning 4x Lightning Bolt 4x Burning Inquiry 4x Staggershock 4x Blightning 4x Sign in Blood 1x Mind Rot 3x Inquisition of Kozilek 4x Megrim 4x Liliana\'s Caress 2x Diabolic Tutor Sideboard: 2x Anathemancer 1x Black Night 3x Goblin Outlander 4x Dragon's Claw 3x Blood Tithe 2x Earthquake
Seems to me that this deck would have matchups that are quite similar to the Runeflare Trap decks - good chances against the UW Control and Ramp decks that are around at the moment, but big problems with Mono-Red. There's also the Obstinate Baloth problem, plus the stupid stupid Leyline of Sanctity.
It's a nice idea, I'll have a play with it...

I don't think Obstinate Baloth is that much of a problem. By the time you're casting Blightning, you want 1 or 2 Megrims out, so the game shouldn't be lasting much longer anyway. Blood Tithe seems odd in the sideboard. Temple Bell might be good against decks which like to dump their hand, perhaps?

Blood Tithe has me puzzled too. Mono-Red, maybe? Surely there has to be something better than that...
Obstinate Baloth seems very scary for any deck that relies on forcing its opponent to discard cards. Sure, if you have two Megrims out and then cast Blightning, it's slightly less scary, but that isn't going to happen every game.
Earthquake seems main-deckable. This is as much burn deck as anything else, and an X-spell that doubles as a board sweeper looks very strong.
Also, do remember that your results may not be representative because you are testing against a deck that is about 6 months out of date...

I think there has been comments that the Tithes were just something to give a quick bit of life against red decks and was a bit last minute decision, so there could be something better.
The Red leyline can at least stop the life gain part of the Baloth. I suppose you are also preying on people bluffing you on the threat of the Baloth.
Still looks a blast to play especially with so many people jumping on the Manaleak band wagon.
